Step 1 – Eliminate The Cause Of Acne
Skin is first treated with blue BBL light to eliminate the acne-causing bacteria found deep down in the pores. The steps are the same whether the acne being treated are on the face, neck, back, or chest.
Step 2 – Reduce Inflammation And Redness
Yellow BBL light is applied in the second acne treatment step to reduce inflammation and acne-associated redness in the skin. This yellow intense pulsed light will have the effect of returning skin to a more natural tone and colour.
Step 3 – Boost The Natural Healing Process
The skin is next treated with infrared light in rapid, gentle pulses to initiate the body’s natural healing process. This enhances the benefits of steps one and two, and accelerates the results.
