The Halo skin treatment effectively treats minor to moderate skin damage. The treatment consists of two lasers working together to regenerate tissue and correct skin imperfections. The ablative laser vaporizes the affected tissue. To put it in visual terms, it aerates the skin like a spike aerator does a lawn. Meanwhile, the other laser heats-up the targeted tissue, triggering collagen and elastin production.
As a natural defense mechanism, the body sends healing properties to the treated areas. As this occurs, injured and dead skin flakes away, making space for new, fresh skin that is smooth and glowing.
